| MagnaQuest enables end to end Customer Care Solution |
| Magnaquest helped Beam Cable, a triple play service operator in setting up an advance customer care unit by empowering them with latest customer care tools including Customer Self Care, FFA (Field Force Automation) and Contact Center solution. Also Beam Cable is planning to provide online bill payments facility to its subscribers in the near future. We have delivered MQSubscribe along with our contact center and FFA solution partners. Beam Cable now has in-bound and out-bound call center solution comprising IVR/CTI and Automatic Call Distribution. The FFA implementation has enabled work force automation, where technicians can print bills, collect payment & generate receipts, register complaints, etc. Mr. Yamini Kumar, Solution Architect & Senior Delivery Manager at MagnaQuest has commented on the success as a milestone in MagnaQuest's efforts in delivering continuous value to its customers. | MagnaQuest Focus on IPTV |
| IPTV is facing stiff competition from the traditional TV. The take up has been pretty slow and operators are trying various models like wholesale IPTV, or IPTV over hybrid networks with a combination of Fibre and coax etc. There are a lot of trials going on and we are glad to be part of this activity. While the first IPTV operator in India is our customer, we have successfully completed “IPTV billing” Proof of concept (POC) at one of the operators in Europe. Also we are taking up pilot projects with few of the Telco majors. |
