The entire hierarchy of business entities has been built within MQSubscribe with
comprehensive security enabled. A privileged user at Regional office can view the
information of the distributors while the user of one distributor cannot view the
information of another distributor.

Order Management
MQSubscribe facilitates staging of orders for approval by the head office. An
authorized/privileged user at the regional office will log on to MQSubscribe and
check for the orders, which have been staged for approval and accept or reject
the orders. This enables the management to evaluate the subscriber by using
information from various sources before entering into an agreement.
Document Management
There is exchange of several documents between the customer and each of their
subscribers at various stages. Document management in MQSubscribe
facilitates the storage of documents associated to each of the subscriber and
retrieve them as and when required.
Billing
Pricing
Customer uses different pricing models to cater to various market segments. Such
pricing plans are based on different attributes such as Subscriber type, Subscriber
base, whether urban or rural, location of subscriber. MQSubscribe has a flexible
pricing system, which allows definition of pricing rules to arrive at the price based
on the defined rules whenever a sale is made. It also provides the flexibility to
override the price of the package.
Promotions and Discounts
Customer offers promotions and discount to subscribers to enhance its sales. The
discounts are given to specific set of subscribers based on attributes such as
customer type, and geographical hierarchy based - country, region, state and
city. MQSubscribe facilitates the user to define the discount plan as promotional scheme where duration for the promotion and validity rules can be specified.
