MagnaQuest would deploy a onsite engineer or manager or analyst to assist with various ongoing application issues. For example, onsite support for Implementation of new releases and features that were not earlier used by the customer is a case in point. MagnaQuest provides this service to help the customer with implementation of new releases and features.
As part of this service, MagnaQuest will send an engineer to perform activities such as Porting of required data to migrate from old release to new release, imparting user training, imparting training to system administrators, etc.

One typical instance of remote support could be the critical issue of deploying a new release: MagnaQuest provides remote support for deploying the maintenance releases or upgrades to the system. As part of this service, MagnaQuest support team will login to the Customer’s servers, and executes scripts to update the software. Support for upgrades is a major activity for most enterprise software. For example, Oracle Application migrations for the 11i suite is expected to cost existing customers billions of dollars in implementation support.
MagnaQuest support team is available during business hours to help the users. During business hours, the support personnel are available on email or phone or chat to answer any questions the users of the system may have, or to clarify any doubts, and to explain the usage of the system. For higher level Service Level Agreements, extended hour help is available for mission critical requirements.
